Strategic Planning

Breadcrumb

Strategic Planning in the School of Medicine consists of three overarching efforts:

  1. School of Medicine level strategic planning;
  2. Department/unit level strategic planning;
  3. Department/unit level goals, outcomes, and metrics, which are aligned with the annual budget and financial planning process.

Each of these efforts is aligned and progress is regularly monitored to ensure progress toward SOM goals, and to proactively identify and respond to challenges.

Many of the metrics found in the Strategic Plan are tracked via the Annual Key Statistics Presentation which can be found here.
