Event Photography

The SI team may be available to take photos at official School of Medicine events held on campus during normal business hours. The request for photos should directly support the needs of the UCR SOM and not be for a novelty purpose.

We cannot guarantee availability outside normal business hours or at off-site events.

We are not available to serve as attendants at photo booths.

Videography

The SI Communications Unit works on a variety of projects for the School of Medicine at the behest of the Office of the Dean. This includes:

• Coordinating videography projects with University Relations and campus partners.
• Create in-house content, often partnering with Faculty Development.

Video and Audio Editing

The SI team uses Adobe Premiere for video editing and Adobe Audition for audio editing. While we cannot take on large scale projects, we can assist with basic editing or provide guidance on your project.

Equipment

The SI team has one DSLR camera with a standard kit lens that organizations may borrow with extreme care. We can assist with downloading and disseminating the images.
